Meet Kathy Haven, our Managing Director of Strategy and Enablement at LeapPoint. Leading an incredible team of strategic consultants, Kathy has a passion for helping organizations bring order to their work chaos and achieve operational excellence. Kathy finds inspiration in every member of our organization, citing the collaborative and supportive nature of her colleagues as a constant source of motivation.
Outside of work, you can find her being active in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with her husband and her dog Moose, whether it’s hiking, skiing, biking, or relaxing in a hammock.
What do you do at LeapPoint?
As the Managing Director of Strategy and Enablement, I lead an amazing team of strategic consultants. Our work includes Business Transformation Road Mapping, Strategic Success Assessments, MarTech/Connected Work® Assessments, Process Optimization, and managing Connected Work® Implementations.
We also help clients establish Centers of Excellence and Governance frameworks and support change management and training. These services are crucial for ensuring our clients’ new solutions are adopted and users remain engaged.
I’m thrilled to be in this role because I love helping people bring order to their work chaos and achieve operational excellence.
Who inspires you the most within our organization?
That’s an easy one. I haven’t met anyone at LeapPoint who DOESN’T inspire me. Everyone here is incredibly smart and collaborative. From the CEO to the operations team that keeps things running smoothly, and my direct team and everyone I’ve worked with on client projects—everyone is always ready to offer support, guidance, or help. And somehow, they always make the work fun!
What stands out to you about our company culture?
What immediately hooked me was LeapPoint’s ‘People First’ culture. It’s not just a tagline; they truly mean it. LeapPoint makes sure people are happy in their roles and with the work they’re doing. They also prioritize preventing burnout and making time for fun. They’ve got you covered, and you know it!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Almost 14 years to the day, I left my home of 15+ years in NYC for the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I love to be active outside, whether its hiking, skiing, biking – or just relaxing in a hammock! I now live in Vail, CO with my husband (Billy) and our chocolate lab (Moose) so I’m grateful for the endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
