What do you do at LeapPoint?
As a Workfront Configuration Consultant, I support new and existing Workfront implementations. This includes performing system administration, work management, and training. I love it because I’m able to support clients at any stage—from their first day logging into Workfront to maintaining and improving work management within their organization.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
I enjoy having the opportunity to continuously learn and expand my knowledge of Workfront functionality, along with the larger Adobe product ecoystem.
Because Workfront can be customized and used in many ways based on an individual client’s needs, there’s a great deal of variety to the work that I do. It’s rewarding to help clients become more efficient through streamlined workflows and improved collaboration across teams within their organizations.
What’s stands out to you about our company culture?
At LeapPoint, we Put People First by celebrating and supporting each other. And, we Go Above and Beyond by always striving for excellence while also sharing that knowledge to win as a team. I love that everyone is continuing to learn, grow, and evolve within our roles. It is inspiring to work within an organization that exemplifies these company values.
What keeps you motivated?
My colleagues for sure! I work alongside intelligent, talented, tech-minded people who continuously collaborate and support each other. Our team is always excited to have “nerd out” moments about Workfront functionality.
