Meet Elisha Giles, our Lead Systems Administrator, who has a motivational and positive mindset that helps her achieve her goals whether it be at work, running, or motherhood.
What do you do you do at LeapPoint?
I am the Lead System Administrator for the Workfront instance for one of our major retail clients. I ensure that things are running smoothly, updates are released efficiently, and that individual teams can work in their respective capacity to the best of their abilities.
Which one of our company values resonates with you the most?
I am motivated by the pure realization that I can become good at anything I put my energy towards. If I set my mind to something and know that greatness is within reach, it motivates me to do my best and give it everything I have every day to ensure a good outcome.
What motivates you?
I love the people. I love that we are all human and we don’t expect robots from each other. Every interaction is filled with smiles, genuine interest in personal lives and work, and so many laughs. I don’t feel like I’m surrounded by numb individuals who come to work for a paycheck and slog through each day, but people who enjoy their work, enjoy the flexibility, and make the most of everything around them.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love running and being a mother to my two children.
