How would you summarize what you do at LeapPoint?
As a Senior Strategy Consultant at LeapPoint, I help organizations transform how they work, build scalable foundations, and achieve measurable results. This includes partnering with clients to define success, streamline processes, gather requirements, assess technology, build governance frameworks, and develop actionable roadmaps. I lead engaging discovery workshops and collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for each client’s unique goals and operating realities.
Which company values resonate with you the most?
The value that resonates most with me is “We Put People First.” I’m motivated working for a company that celebrates individual strengths and supports life beyond work—whether it’s sharing stories/photos, participating in engagement challenges, or celebrating birthdays or professional achievements. One of my favorite examples of our appreciation-driven culture is through the regular ‘Praise Post’ shout-outs. Recently, a colleague took time to recognize my leadership on a project, which made me feel genuinely valued. These moments of appreciation make LeapPoint’s culture special, and inspire us to serve clients with empathy, strong relationships, and a focus on shared success.
What motivates you?
I’m motivated by helping people and organizations reach their full potential and achieve their goals. I’ve always been passionate about understanding what drives people—their needs, goals, interests, and challenges—and then strategizing how to help. It’s incredibly rewarding to work with organizations, uncover their pain points, develop strategic solutions, and see real
improvements after those recommendations are put into action.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family: my 17-month-old son Leon, my husband Jeremy, and our mini goldendoodle, Winnie. We enjoy lots of park time and playdates, and I also love trying new restaurants, working out, writing, volunteering, and hiking. I’m also an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines, with recent trips to Japan, Greece, Hawaii, and Italy.
