Brian masterfully navigates Workfront, and is a self-proclaimed efficiency geek which means he’s always finding ways to work smarter.
What do you do at LeapPoint?
I work to configure and enhance Workfront to best meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients. More importantly, I manage a team of 10 configuration wizards. They do this job and then some for their own suite of clients. I love the collaboration and willingness to help and share on this team; I have learned so much from this group.
Which of our company values resonates with you the most?
People first! I believe we all have a voice and are encouraged to contribute.
Who do you draw inspiration from the most at LeapPoint?
Jen Krempa. Jen leads people and projects with such grace, care, and determination. She knows how to handle the toughest questions with tact and candor and keeps a genuine smile on her face through it all.
What keeps you motivated?
I am an efficiency geek. I grew up with my dad and my grandpa saying, “work smarter, not harder,” and man, did that stick. I take that into my day-to-day work, to streamline and make the best, most usable product.
