Employee Spotlight: Brett Robison
Meet Brett Robinson, our Senior Workfront Configuration Consultant. He’s a problem solver whose main goal is to create efficiencies and streamline processes for customers in fresh and creative ways.
What do you do you do at LeapPoint?
I help our customers maximize the value of their Adobe Workfront instance. I focus on reducing the noise in the platform, which allows them to spend more time doing their actual job vs. managing the system. Every piece of their configuration should be focused on a specific goal or solving a specific problem (for example, reducing clicks or highlighting missing information).
Which one of our company values resonates with you the most?
We “Evolve & Grow.” I have never worked for an organization so focused on constant evolution. I have been pushed from the top down to constantly evaluate myself both where I am and, more importantly, where I want to be. To have that many people in my corner is truly awesome.
What motivates you?
I love nothing more than when our main stakeholder can take something back to their users that solves a problem. Hearing things like “You don’t understand how much time this saves me!” or “We have never been able to get this amount of information at our fingertips so easily” makes my day.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Aside from being the “Family Uber driver,” I enjoy playing golf, reading, and collecting sports cards.
