What do you do you do at LeapPoint?
In my role as a Training Consultant, I help clients drive adoption and utilization of Adobe Workfront, JumpSeat, and other solutions by developing tailored training materials to meet their specific needs. This includes creating documentation, video tutorials, and facilitation that make otherwise complex features easy to understand. When time allows, I also contribute to internal training efforts by making creative and fun videos to support our company’s processes and knowledge sharing.
What keeps you motivated?
Growing up working in my father’s store, I learned early on what genuine customer service really means. He got to know what his customers’ needs were, always went the extra mile, and always did so with a smile and friendly approach. That stuck with me and is what keeps me motivated to do the same with the drive to make real connections, solve problems, and do work that makes a difference for the clients we serve.
What is your favorite thing about our company culture?
I love that LeapPoint truly puts employees first – it creates a sense of trust, support, and belonging. We also have an incredibly collaborative environment that inspires innovation and teamwork, with open communication empowering everyone to contribute ideas and feel heard. It makes each day so fulfilling!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about all things entertainment. Whether it’s spending time with family and friends watching movies and TV shows, or diving into my own world of physical media collecting, the magic of movies has always been a big part of my life. I regularly visit used movie stores in search of 4Ks, Blu-rays, DVDs, and even vintage laserdiscs, VHS tapes, and Beta tapes – anything that brings a piece of nostalgia and/or cinematic history I love into my hands. While my wife and kids may not share quite the same enthusiasm for my collecting, they still join me for many viewing experiences that make it all worthwhile. And when possible, I also enjoy sightseeing movie filming locations, connecting my love of film with travel and real-world exploration!
